Responsible for generating monthly and quarterly firm and rolling forecast. Responsible to drive process which includes sales, production and product management team to align entire demand and supply and generate the consensus forecast.
The position will provide direct support to Program Managers for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution (multiple contracts), customer objectives and formulation of new business strategies.

Scan completed PM work orders to Solution Center and close out completed corrective maintenance (CM) work orders into Maximo system. Manage furniture set ups for meetings and coordinate trade labor with proper supervision.
Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team on quarterly publications and information sharing for both internal and external use regarding trends in grocery, retail, product categories, and other topics related to shopper marketing.
Strategic integration of disparate client and partner agencies from marketing strategy to creative reviews; provide guidance to clients on research projects, including insight gathering and positioning work.
The Media Planner is responsible for planning grand openings and various planning/special initiatives across a wide array of media, including: video and audio broadcast, outdoor and non-traditional media, newspaper and magazine print, various digital components, and social media.
