Monitor and support AWS EC2 instances, volumes and other services such ELB, S3, RDS, Elasticache, Redshift and DynamoDB through their entire lifecycle supporting multiple customer - facing and internal application stacks.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology such as the core ActiveVOS process automation platform on which the Cloud Extend Service, and associated BPMN/BPEL, XML, WSDL/SOAP, and REST/JSON technologies.
The Field Engineer 2 will conduct behavioral analysis to determine that the mission planning system is performing as expected. As part of this analysis the Field Engineer 2 will identify deficiencies and provide assistance to company engineers or customer personnel investigating failures and detecting technical deficiencies and investigates methods by which those failures and deficiencies can be eliminated.
Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies from the cross functional launch team. Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies and provide escalation management throughout new product launch.
This person will be responsible for primarily day to day support and will do process optimization for short term issues, modification of processes to accommodate to new recipes, updating of operating procedures, working with in-house controls engineers on changes to the DeltaV DCS.
