The Manager, Talent Acquisition Projects will work closely with the TA Operations team and TA leadership to manage the entire project lifecycle of multiple initiatives from conception, to implementation, and through multiple stages of deployments and testing.
In this position, you will provide a wide range of office management, operational and administrative support to the Chairman and CEO. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of the CEO and help to resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise. In this position, you will be expected to wear many hats.
Responsible for managing and executing the monthly close and preparation of the financial statements. Establish and maintain the operating procedures for the cashier function ensuring that proper accountability and control is maintained over all transactions handled.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for management and oversight of our cambridge, massachusetts corporate office space, which includes both the physical space and the comfort and wellbeing of all our employees, guests and contractors.
