In this role, you will manage the submission and execution of industry and executive awards program; provide support for development of brochures, presentations, company bulletins, newsletters, and website.
In this role, you will be responsible to organize monthly Sponsorship Review Committee meeting, presenting applications for review, and ensuring full alignment of the Committee on approved or rejected sponsorship requests and amounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, organization and management of local educational and tradeshow activities and facility tours, including the development of promotional material, venue selection, contracts, catering and speaker coordination.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that the various aspects of the proposals (Win Themes, technical scope, staff qualifications and experience, biographical data, etc.) and other marketing materials are accurate, timely and well written.
