The Program Manager in Human Resources will play a vital role in working with the HR Global team to outline objectives, plan execution, build program sustainment and report on status of programs including but not limited to those on the Human Resources and Talent Management Roadmap within SCIEX.
Perform accurate data entry of employee information into Oracle HRIS e.g. new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.; perform weekly audits of data entry, new hire information and various other data points.
