The Human Resources Manager/Human Resources Business Partner cultivates partnerships to deliver value-added HR services to leaders and employees of the facility or facilities within a geographic area. The position serves as a consultant to leadership on human resources related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Assist with HR project work as needed such as compensation analysis, employee relations, surveys, culture activities, etc. Manage new hire set up and orientation, as well as exit logistics when people leave.
