In this role, you will help initiate new project plans for the HR department relating to documenting and formalizing business policies as they pertain to BU's HR business practices and integrating these policies with SAP Serve as a point of contact for HR personnel and aiding training HR staff to become more familiar with SAP.
In this role, you will analyzes compensation issues in accordance with compensation policy guidelines and works with managers on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, salary adjustments and retaining employees. Proactively addresses compensation and organizational inconsistencies.
