The HR Business Systems Analyst role functions as a technical point-of-contact for Human Resource Information Systems. This role will support HR systems by providing HR systems and process expertise, including development, creation, testing, and analysis of modifications to HR systems.
In this role, you will analyzes HR needs of business lines and develops/implements specified programs to meet objectives and increase the effectiveness of employees and/or works with to adjust as needed for the business line/department. Supports business processes, goals and strategy transitions, organizational changes to facilitate employee acceptance.
In this role, the successful candidate will act as an internal consultant and a department liaison between stakeholders and the Business Technology Department, providing best practice solutions in support of HR service delivery systems and complex analytics.

The Regional Sales Executive prospects, calls on and sells payroll products and services to new prospects within assigned territories. He/she is responsible for generating leads through various methods including prospecting, sales database management (CRM), and networking.
