The Director of Finance directs the financial areas of the Company to assure policies and practices support sales and business initiatives; reviews initiatives to assure the company will reach its financial goals.
The position has full accountability for directing the Financial Planning & Analysis and Controls function across the business. He/she will be expected to work effectively across all lines of business including operations, sales, marketing, engineering, IT, HR and business development in achieving the company's financial objectives.

Provide finance and budget-related guidance and training to senior administrators within sph, and will design internal systems and controls to ensure compliance and fiscal integrity. This position will manage staff and processes within the schools central finance office.
In this role, the successful candidate will support the strategic planning process for each of our corporate accounts by analyzing current business relationship and identifying and quantifying potential new areas of business.
In this role, you will manage the Companys audit & quarterly reviews; including oversight and preparation of required support schedules and prepare the financial statements including all relevant accounting disclosures in accordance with SEC standards and GAAP by Q2:2016.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations; lead operational efforts through subordinates to complete the administration of business processes and services to ensure the departments effective achievement of goals within the assigned function.
