As a Service Engineer, your responsibilities are much more than keeping machines running. You are responsible for the overall success of our equipment at the customer's site, and for creating and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Perform on-site preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning; inspections; etc.) for all workstations; servers; and equipment as scheduled; coordinate with Help Desk and Network Operations Center; providing regular work status updates when on site.
Provides a full complement of technology consulting, software and product development expertise, and engineering services to our client partners in the aerospace, automotive, energy, industry and electronics, and medical and life sciences industries.
As a field service engineer, you will work at a variety of labs, so having a solid understanding of companys portfolio, and continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables, is key. Applying your creativity, complex problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude is essential.
The Field Engineer 2 will conduct behavioral analysis to determine that the mission planning system is performing as expected. As part of this analysis the Field Engineer 2 will identify deficiencies and provide assistance to company engineers or customer personnel investigating failures and detecting technical deficiencies and investigates methods by which those failures and deficiencies can be eliminated.
As a recent graduate in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology you have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture and sell.
Key responsibilities will include providing marketing input for product development, coordinating the delivery of services by departments within the company, and proactively managing customer accounts in concert with the sales team.
In this role, you will provide technical and product application support directly with customers and to the Manufacturers Reps (Reps), Authorized Distributors (ADs), and Vertical Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to help drive opportunity creation, new business wins, and overall sales growth in the assigned territory.
Collaborates with assigned GDIT PSAP Project Manager and GDIT Implementation Manager to ensure installation is completed in accordance with the approved design; site deployment schedule; and project budget.
