In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Finance department the General Partner Group. While supporting the SVP, along with 4 direct reports and the rest of the team as needed, this role will have an emphasis on project management, event coordination, and document preparation.
The successful candidate for the Executive Assistant role will provide high-level administrative support to the Global Head of NIBR Informatics managing the administration and coordination of the office and interacting with all levels of management throughout the global organization.
Actively manage calendars for the teams and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, including but not limited to managing invitations, coordinating meeting logistics and presentation materials, tracking budgets, and coordinating schedules for interviews to be conducted by members of the Legal and Finance teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide administrative, operational, and project support to Fund Accountants as well as members of the Accounting Team; support accounting team to ensure quality reporting to clients.
