The successful incumbent will develop, troubleshoot and optimize our fiber production processes. They will identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, yield and productivity and then lead them to fruition. They will lead projects, develop new manufacturing techniques, and interface with R&D in coordinating the release of new products.
The candidate will work with disciplinary team to define top-level system requirements, build analytical models to test various control strategies, and prototype and test solutions on hardware and hardware-in-the-loop test platforms.
