The Region Territory Manager is responsible for the successful promotion of approved products within the Ocular Therapeutix pipeline and helping define Ocular Therapeutix as a leader in the ophthalmology community.

The Regional Sales Manager will be an individual contributor role and will be responsible for increasing APCONs revenue and establishing new customer accounts in an assigned territory. Sales activities will include prospecting and qualifying business, demonstrating key advantages, negotiating, and closing of the sale.
Successful team members will be required to optimize and mine sales through industrial distributor channel partners and prospect, qualify, and develop new end-user customers in the automotive, electronics, aerospace, energy, construction, food packaging, medical, metal working, and manufacturing industries in a fast-growing marketplace.
The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
You will also be called upon to contribute to the broader supply management agenda - demonstrating the right values and behaviors with high emotional intelligence in working with a disbursed stakeholder base.
