Supports and enhances the sale of products through knowledge of promotional programs through outbound/inbound phone calls. Collects data on established and prospective customers and competitors.
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with high-end, high-value customers to assist with completion of visa applications, processing of documents, and certification of documents. Capture of biometrics (fingerprints and facial) on behalf of UK government.
Provide Helpdesk support to all personnel in their appropriate use of a wide variety of applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, education-specific software end user client-server applications, web browsers, e-mail, etc. This includes stand-alone as well as networked applications.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor Helpdesk queue and take ownership of appropriate tickets in timely fashion; maintain and monitor all anti-virus, back-up and monitoring tools for clients.
Conduct sales visits to customer locations. Duties include meeting with key contacts (Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Business Office Manager) at group customer locations to reinforce and sell company value prop, facilitate on-boarding and initial customer location ordering , support key sales initiatives as directed by National Account Managers, manage utilization and formulary adherence, particularly with customers using pricing models and support company Brand and other product conversions.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an ability to respond quickly to business needs, identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes, break a project down into deliverables, task estimation, technical design, coding, testing and implementation of custom software solutions along with maintenance and feature enhancement of existing solutions.
