In this role, the selected candidate will conduct product stewardship reviews, including label evaluations, customer product certifications, standards compliance analysis, and acquisition material assessments, by securing participation from necessary internal and external resources (customers or suppliers), documenting reviews, and entering the information into a Product Compliance Tracking System.
In this role, you will monitors NERC Reliability Standards of the Bulk Electric System, as well as NPCC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program ( CMEP ), to ensure NSTAR operations and compliance documentation remains in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Performs process and control assessments for new acquisitions and divisions, entities and locations new to the audit scope for potential IT general controls, application controls and process improvements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be proactively monitoring law changes and regulatory developments affecting public communications and marketing activities and working with the Senior Compliance Manager to implement operational changes, guidelines or training materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining internal controls program to ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt and documentation of imported / exported products.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for development and maintenance of training and communication program for Compliance, including maintaining a database for tracking all employee participation.
