In this role, you will act as Senior Consultant, CFO Advisory who has experience in participating in, or leading, transformation projects to help clients optimize all elements of their accounting and finance organization.
The CFO will have responsibility for oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the company including: the preparation of the monthly financial package; management of GL accounts, annual audit and submission of government and related tax returns; and financial planning.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide administrative support, to include: calendar and meeting management, coordination of leadership team meetings - set agendas, attend, capture meeting minutes, and follow through on action items.
The CFO/COO is responsible for the financial, administrative and operational activities of the financial institution including: corporate finance, risk management, accounting and controls, regulatory reporting, financial analysis, management reporting, asset liability and management, treasury and capital efficiency, forecasting, budgeting, and investor relations.
