As a member of our team, you will help companies align their executive and employee compensation (base pay, annual incentives, long term incentives, and local and international stock option plans) with business objectives, and solve the unique challenges of global stock option plans by focusing on risk management, cost reduction, and employee perception of value.
Drive global harmonization and equity alignment for global compensation and benefits. This will require a high task-completion orientation, superb intercultural communication competence and an understanding of change management.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
Process weekly payroll for multiple entities, input changes, updates, and corrections to payroll and employee records including salary actions, commissions, status changes, direct deposits, tax with holdings, payroll deductions, garnishments, and other related entries.
