The APM is responsible for creating complete computer or drafted architectural plans (site, floor, roof, and reflected ceiling), interior and exterior elevations, building sections, details, and schedules.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate and contribute to the development of a projects scope and content and help manage the implementation, cost, schedule and quality of the properties design and construction with the support of the Construction, Architecture, Interior Design & Purchasing teams.
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for communicating directly with multiple sales and operational support teams located world-wide; providing clear, concise schedule updates and instruction through email will be critical to success in this role.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the coordination and management of the budgeting, scheduling, design, bidding, construction, furnishings and relocation requirements for relocation, renovation and/ or construction projects.
In this role, you will be identify any lead-time problems or set-backs (i.e. strikes, shut downs, back logs), working with PM to resolve and keeping all appropriate parties in the loop regarding project implications.
