Prepare and analyze financial statements on both an IFRS and Statutory basis including analytic reviews distributed to management & parent company; maintain compliance with internal controls and monitoring.
The Senior Cost Accountant will be responsible for all measures include all inventory transactions, gross margin analysis, cost of goods sold variances, cost comparisons and other ad hoc projects. The Senior Cost Accountant directly interfaces with the manufacturing and engineering teams on product costing.
Work with operations to establish cost standards for labor, materials and overhead for all products; assist in establishing and implementing consistent cost accounting policies, methods and practices for the company.
The Senior Accountants will monitor compliance with GAAP and company policies and procedures along with reviewing, investigating and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Sr. Staff Accountants report to the Accounting Managers and are responsible for providing accounting and financial support to ensure adequate internal controls and efficiency of procedures and processes within the Accounting department, which ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and accounting.
