The Process Engineer provides technical expertise relating to projects and process improvement projects for new and/or existing product lines; assist in the development and implementation of machine layouts for product flow improvements.
In this role, you will complete and prepare process audits (raw mills, kilns, coolers, finish mills, etc.) to develop recommendations / actions lists to enable continuous improvement and facilitate their completion.

This position is responsible for management and supervision of maintenance personnel, full utilization of existing plant equipment, and facilitates to maintain optimum quality and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
In this role, you will be responsible to identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products / processes or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop process parameters for new products and record data and findings to project database; maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and Department of Health requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide plant support by coordinating and following new products with R&D from inception through product commercialization and full production hand off to manufacturing.
The Process Engineer is responsible for equipment/automation/process design, and equipment procurement, fabrication, and troubleshooting, ensures completion of design documentation (URS, FAT, and SAT) for new equipment procurement according to internal procedures and in accordance with industry standards (GAMP, ASTM E2500).
In this role, you will maintain Process Safety Information for sites product portfolio. Ensure process safety for new products is evaluated and documented prior to manufacture. Ensure Process Safety Information is compiled / updated for new processes or process changes.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop specifications and flow diagrams to fit customer needs, company specifications and standards, and State, Federal, and Local regulatory agency requirements.
