As a Human Resources Manager, you will support My Macy's by providing guidance to Store Executives regarding employment, staffing, training, development, employee relations, compensation, and performance management for a store or a group of stores.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, direct and control all HR operational processes to include benefits administration, recruiting, HR administration and associate relations within the division, achieve high service delivery standards by monitoring the key performance indicators and implementing changes to organization, staff, training, processes and technologies.

The primary purpose of the Human Resources District Manager is to act as a member of the leadership team for assigned stores and districts, consult with leadership group to develop and implement effective human resource programs, policies and initiatives designed to sustain a positive work environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems for the facility / customer group.

This position will require mentoring and training of peer and subordinate team members on statistical approaches. This position will also partner with outside business partners collaboratively in order to effectively accomplish business objectives.
In this role, you will assist assigned leadership group in defining staffing needs to develop short and long-term recruitment strategies. Manage and participate in the recruitment and selection process to address workforce engagement as an outgrowth of the recruiting and staffing process.
This position will work with business partners to understand the requirements needed to solve the business problem. This position deals with highly sensitive information and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
