The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for developing and implementing new technology, process improvements, procedural solutions, and project execution to drive best-in class manufacturing across the production, engineering, quality, and scheduling departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will
resolve problems relating to processes, costs, orders, maintenance, inventory control, equipment/trucks, services, and systems that affect the divisions ability to meet or exceed customer needs.
The Site Manager is responsible for the operational and manufacturing components of the corrugated facility. The successful candidate will oversee, manage and direct activities related to the functional areas including manufacturing, maintenance, scheduling, shipping, and inventory control.
Establish positive relationships with residents by attending community events, holding meetings with residents and advisors, proactively identify problems and implementing corrective actions to ensure resident engagement, independence and happiness.
