This position is for a hands-on experienced RF/MMIC engineer with solid state design of power amplifiers and TRMs for active array applications. The primary role is the analyses of RF amplifier architectures, simulations linear and saturated FET designs, evaluates technologies (GaN, GaAs, HBT, etc), trade studies, and requirements development within SWaP constrained systems.
