The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for maintaining a high quality of nursing care delivered through continual staff supervision, education and development. The chosen candidate must demonstrate flexibility and the knowledge and skills required to manage units providing care to a varied population including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients.
