Searching a Compliance Process Manager to analyze, create, improve and implement new compliance processes and practices across various functional areas of Humana, evaluating the effects of your process changes by quantitatively and qualitatively measuring them against internal and external benchmarks. * Identify departmental objectives and drive process maturity methodology that will achieve all desired business outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of assessments of compliance with US Federal and state laws and regulations and internal Omnicare policy related to business activities occurring within Omnicare pharmacies and business entities.
In this role, you will responsible for interface with third party legal consultants including research and regulatory analysis in order to monitor company compliance with regulations and support business operations.
This role provides support for the development, implementation and documentation of innovative fraud prevention strategies by analyzing fraud trend data; work closely with fraud product strategy manager and fraud strategy analyst to identify fraud riskson card, deposit, and loan products.
