In this role, the selected candidate will ensure quality service to consumers by exceeding customer shipping requirements within the established time frame, and by communicating to internal contacts any issues that may impact customers.
The selected candidate will act as a liaison between multiple business and technology areas, assisting both internally and externally with the assessment, procurement and implementation of technology solutions.
In this position, you will communicate regularly with main service delivery contact to evaluate client's service satisfaction, develop plans to close gaps, develop mitigation plans for "hot" client concerns, or proactively address client needs and work with the participant service center to implement.
The RN Case Manager utilizes advanced nursing skills, knowledge of resource management, and fiscal responsibility to coordinate clinical care for a designated population across the healthcare continuum. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, care coordination, utilization management, participation in discharge planning, and quality improvement activities.
