The Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for the general management of branch operations including revenue growth, budget and expense management. The Branch Manager also represents the company to consumers, caregivers, referral sources, and the community.

In this role, the selected candidate will support the development of business-to-business sales professionals responsible for selling Company's full line of office solutions including high-speed digital copiers/printers, full-color copiers/printers, software (Document Capture, Document Management and Document Delivery), Document Management Services and Digital Signage.
Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including individual expectations for outside business development. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members. Leads through influence and impacts a broad range of eco - system partners in an omni channel environment.
