Design compensation programs, procedures and practices (excluding executive) to ensure consistency with organization's overall objectives and compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
In this role you will respond to inquiries and advises employees / plan participants on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters. Functions as a liaison between vendors, employers or product sponsors and plan participants to resolve moderately complex to complex issues.
This role will lead the team on the execution of day to day activities relating to plan calculations and reporting. In addition, he/she will be able to apply their knowledge of IT systems and processes to develop, implement and manage the long term transformational road map
