In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for support and implementation of key legal systems for a diverse corporate legal department whose practice areas include litigation, intellectual property, employment law, privacy, government affairs and content protection.
The IT Project /Program Manager oversees one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Individually, or as part of a team, responsible for project planning and statusing, risk management, and issue resolution.
In this role, the candidate will coordinate system implementations by collaborating with relevant internal IT, external vendor, and business teams and by completing supporting documentation and pre-requisites.
In this role, you will be responsible for
develop detailed project documentation to include business requirements, project plans, project schedules, workflow solutions, risk mitigation plans, and project status reports/communications.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering projects following project management methods closely resembling PMIs Project Management methodology in a global environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with each security focus area to identify a long term vision and high level strategy, break it down into prioritized projects, figure out resource allocation, and help ensure its continuous progress.
In this role, you will collaborate with software engineering, development and broadcast operations teams to create technical specifications. The selected candidate will ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones and deliverable tasks.
In this role, you will make sure the estimates are managed to the budget. If not on track, going back to business to present for more funding / cutting scope. Will be given a road map vision from the business and they are responsible for executing against the budget. Funding is tracked and reported back on a weekly basis.
