Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews as required. Screen candidates for availability, interest level, citizenship status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications; evaluate factors such as experience, education, skills, training, fit within the company, and future potential matches to job requisitions.
Responsible for recruiting the future talent of Sunwest Bank and building out an effective process to identify, recruit and hire talent for the organization. Re-engineer and implement a more efficient hiring process; review and assess online talent acquisition strategy; evaluate internal hiring process and Chair the Hiring Committee. Assist the People Services Department with other tasks such as job description review, compensation review and analysis.
