The ideal incumbent will be currently engaged in or have a minimum of five years experience selling and delivering multi-disciplined HSE consulting services to two or more of the following segments; Bio Pharma, Bio Tech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Services, Construction and Medical Devices.
Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements; create functional requirements as an input to application design.
Consulting with the business in the design and delivery of HR solutions on a broad spectrum of HR matters, including associate relations, compensation, and recruiting in partnership with specialist areas of HR.
Managed all aspects of organization on a project engagement, including maintaining timeline/schedule, timely communication on project tasks and deliverables, collecting data and information, performing data and analysis and modeling, creating presentations materials, and engaging all team members and clients.
