Manage the day-to-day activities of or Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive sales growth, including: managing sales interactions, sales processes, outbound calling, sales deepening and Preferred Reward and Small Business results.
The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution working along with Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Delivery teams at onsite and offshore.
Support the Business Development Leader, Performance Marketing Manager, Performance Product Manager, and Performance General Manager with competitive information in order to evaluate and develop the sales strategy for the independent turbocharger aftermarket.
In this role, you will be a driving force behind the company's expanded sales initiative, leading new business growth across retail vertical markets (Grocery, Discount Department, Quick Serve Restaurants, Check Cashing, and other cash handling customers).
In this role, you will develop new business within your assigned base of accounts through a consultative approach. As you develop your account module, you will help your customers with strategic direction on mobility solutions, deployment planning and cost analysis.
