The Sr. Indirect Tax Accountant will be responsible for completing the day-to-day general tax duties, including preparing month-end closing entries, preparing tax account reconciliations, maintaining correct GL balances for tax accounts, filing the monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns (Sales and Use/Personal Property, etc.), and providing support to tax-related audits.
The Senior Fixed Asset Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset sub-ledger and ensure accurate and timely reporting of additions, retirements and transfers in the general ledger, as well as ensuring accurate depreciation expenses.
This position is responsible for supporting the external reporting of the Company, including but not limited to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) filings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) quarterly and annual filings, California Public Utilities Commissions (CPUC) annual filings, Energy Information Administration reporting, benefit plans filings, trusts filings, etc.
The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operation of the accounting department; this position will require following up on inquiries related to financial statements and other projects assigned by management.
The Senior Cost Accountant is responsible for financial analyses and operations accounting (Inventory, sales and cost of sales) support to KSEA. The Senior Cost Accountant is expected to develop relationships across the organization, be results focused, and communicate ideas effectively. This position will work closely with the Associate Director of Operations Accounting to oversee, implement and maintain operations accounting systems and procedures and ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of operations accounting data.
