This role is responsible for strategy and execution of social media messaging to improve the perception of our brand and products, drive traffic, and increase customer acquisition, engagement and revenue.
The ideal candidate has heavy experience creating on-brand social content to strategically drive consideration, engagement, sales, and loyalty. This position will have employee management experience with a proven track record in training, coaching and career development.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: o a comprehensive social media campaign that will enhance the hotel's image and position within the marketplace and the general public.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain editorial calendar; work closely with Design and Product teams to develop campaigns that coincide with product updates, announcements and general market news.
