Sets up administrator and service accounts to include troubleshooting on a multitude of users and system predicaments as well as be able to redirect incidents out of his/her expertise to the responsible party.
Participates in establishing and implementing standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions, including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
Performs systems installation and integration of computer operating system software, network software, application software, computer hardware, and supporting network or telecommunications systems. Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. As a team or project leader, provides technical direction and may assist management in developing computer center and/or data communications guidelines and procedures.
Provides first and second level support for enterprise systems and systems in one or more additional IT domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
Provide technical expertise towards the installation, maintenance, security, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software for the IT infrastructure which includes development, production and disaster recovery environments.
