In this role, the selected candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment for corporate searches strategy, search briefing, sourcing, screening candidates, collecting and distributing feedback, checking references, extending offers, negotiating/closing and starting pre-hire onboarding process.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain an effective and on-going campus recruiting program, while consistently keeping abreast of new college/universities, vocational schools and other training facilities targeted towards the SaaS, M2M, GPS and related industries.
In this role, you will identify, attract, and recruit for qualified candidates through various recruitment channels; actively source and build a network of qualified talent for difficult-to-recruit positions.
Source and engage candidates utilizing through strategic, creative and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels. Understand trends and issues in the marketplace to uncover talent that aligns with business needs.
In this role, you will create a stellar candidate experience in identifying and anticipating candidate needs, follow issues to closure, collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize candidate experience and meet the expectations of the business.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for running a blended desk of new business development, sales, account management and recruiting within the Executive & Professional Search Division.
