Develop a solid understanding of companys strategy, business, and objectives. Understand products, programs, pricing and incentives. Assess current effectiveness. Provide thought leadership / recommendations on how to optimize current programs in order to achieve company objectives.
Manage and direct all phases of new product development, including conception of new product ideas, packaging, tooling, quality, researching intellectual property issues and monitoring first deliveries to customers.
Create flow charts and user stories while working with solution design and UI/UX teams to ensure product optimization and develop and track all key metrics related to new application launches and define coherent before/after pictures to ensure the business is investing scarce development resources in the correct areas.

Develop area priorities as it relates to plant requirements and communicate daily with engineering, quality, production control, finance, human resources, production, and suppliers; measure performance against stated priorities.
