In this role, the candidate will develop and continuously improve sales reports that expedite the execution of key sales activities that result in improving sales productivity, in coordination with IT, sales, and marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist the AWS HRBP team in various HR day to day duties such as: employee relations, benefits and compensation issues, leave of absences, and assisting with performance management activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and answer inquiries from the Sales team on a regular basis; perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the sales incentive program.
This individual will consult on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation and management of a full array of pharmacy programs. You will serve as a lead financial resource and day to day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.
In this role, you will consults with assigned client groups, including conducting annual compensation reviews of job levels, benchmarking, updating job description in conjunction with management, performs data analysis and formulates recommendations, to ensure competitive, cost-effect, and legally compliant compensations programs and practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the Global Director of Compensation to design, implement, and manage company's compensation programs with an emphasis on executive compensation and incentive programs, policies, and processes.
