In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on administration, compliance, vendor management, reporting, as well as employee communication and education for qualified and non-qualified retirement and retiree medical programs.
As the Senior Compensation Analyst, youll report directly to the VP of HR Shared Services. This role will aid in the design of compensation programs and policies that enable the attraction and retention of key talent in North America.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and answer inquiries from the Sales team on a regular basis; perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the sales incentive program.
In this role, you will participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained. The successful candidate will work with external vendors to develop and/or administer compensation programs or systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for manages compensation programs, such as annual merit increase planning, bonus and incentive plan administration, including the roll out and communication of changes.
This individual will consult on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation and management of a full array of pharmacy programs. You will serve as a lead financial resource and day to day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.
In this role, you will consults with assigned client groups, including conducting annual compensation reviews of job levels, benchmarking, updating job description in conjunction with management, performs data analysis and formulates recommendations, to ensure competitive, cost-effect, and legally compliant compensations programs and practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the Global Director of Compensation to design, implement, and manage company's compensation programs with an emphasis on executive compensation and incentive programs, policies, and processes.
