The Sr. Analyst HR & Payroll Operations will be responsible for providing support and enhancement services to meet client requirements in the Workday product suite, primarily focused on complex integrations, custom reports and other application development. This individual will provide functional and technical support on day to day business process initiatives for current systems, new systems and new technology business transformation initiatives.
The Senior IT Support Analyst must demonstrate a combined understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites, Office365, Windows based computer & server hardware, Apple OSX, IOS and Android Smartphones along with Active Directory account, GPO and OU experience, and experience working with basic network switch configurations.

The QA Analyst is responsible for writing and executing test plans, test scripts, and test cases. QA Analysts are responsible for clearly documenting the results of their testing. QA Analysts perform various types of testing including regression, integration, and system testing. Analysts may work on Wintel, Mainframe, and/or Web applications. QA Analysts work collaboratively with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and UAT testers.
