Assembles & analyzes retailer sales data including: collection of retail sales information from retailers and/or licensees; reporting of product from all lines of business; identifying those products that are out/under-performing expectation; understanding seasonality by category; determining trends by category and property performance.
The primary focus of the position is to drive customer experience and operational execution for a Retail Sales Region; be coaching, mentoring, and developing market leaders and teams to improve operational performance.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable coaching and motivating team members on a day to day basis, speaking with prospects, escalating prospect inquiries, analyzing performance, and training new representatives.
Works with the Director of Sales Operations in recurring sales, product, and strategy report design and execution. Oversees the sales team data management including new/current hire personal information.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader with an excellent mindset for solidly engaging a work force, business and commercial management experience and understanding of manufacturing and operations.
Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate customer requirements in to detailed manufacturing/kitting instructions and shipping/postal instructions for disposition of the customers products.
