Assist acquisition/disposition team, as necessary, with site related issues, including: land title survey coordination and review; site development or zoning issues review (if any); environmental consultant coordination.
In this role, you will assist with preparation of annual reports to investors, including compiling occupancy and debt service data related to the properties in each investment, and tracking new or outstanding operating deficit loans funded to any of those properties.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will maintain workflow and perform secretarial and administrative duties such as typing, filing, answering phones, handling mail, and special projects.
The Coordinator will handle responsibilities related to processing invoices for payment, tracking invoice payments and month end close responsibilities, which includes accruals, reclass journal entries, reporting and Pcard Statement Reconciliation.
Asset management of existing portfolios of properties under construction, in lease up or stabilized. This will include preparation and update of asset reports, preparation of property valuations, market research and analysis.
