The Quality System Manager - Risk Management is responsible for the development, integration and execution of product risk management system and activities across the Diabetes business. Working collaboratively with multiple internal, corporate, and external functions, the manager will develop the practices, skill-set and tools making a state-of-the art risk management process, and lead its ongoing sustaining and continuous improvement activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage the appropriate business partners in the planning of nonclinical audits and risk assessments using a risk based approach to ensure the highest risks are identified and prioritized.

The Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for coordinating and leading various functions within the Global Quality Engineering (GQE) organization, including mobile strategic planning, project and release test planning, governance, test data management, metrics and reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead projects from inception through completion, including developing and/or scheduling key milestones, securing and allocating resources, and representing quality management on cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will provides direct supervision to Quality Inspectors whose functions include inspection of in process and finish jobs; and Receiving Inspectors whose functions include inspection of incoming raw materials.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the maintenance, development and updating of the Quality Organizations Business Systems to ensure sustained compliance to AS9100; IS09001, NADCAP and customer certifications requirements.
In this role, you will ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to complete assignments would normally result in serious delays to assigned projects resulting in considerable expenditure of additional time, human resources and funds.
Working through individual contributors or supervisors, ensures the effective implementation and maintenance for Quality Systems requirements including but not limited to, MDD 93/42/EEC, ISO13485, CMDR, and QSRs. Ensures organizational compliance with Quality Systems procedures and regulations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing new hire call center and refresher training, and the quality assurance call monitoring, coaching and development program for MPIs Participant Services Center.
