The purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluated specific hospital-wide quality and patient safety programs and coordinate compliance and regulatory preparedness for all state, federal and regulatory agency accreditation requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs and specifications, FDA, GLP, QSR and cGMP regulations; ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance is maintained in assigned area and/or system.
The Quality Assurance Analyst III will be a hands-on quality assurance analyst, but will also need to be able to lead junior team members and have Project Management background as we grow our organization.
The Field Quality Analyst investigates and analyzes quality issues, and lead resolution efforts, provides training to customer personnel in the proper use of packaging materials and equipment, and recommends, assists with, and/ or initiates programs designed to improve performance of products and equipment, as well as customer packaging processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this role, you will be responsible to execute testing activities in an Agile or Scrum environment to ensure that the software meets your requirements, is of high quality and meets regulatory compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate provides high level of expertise in the architectural design of business applications; understands the business objectives, processes, and products and how best can be supported by technology.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent communication skills, is comfortable reaching out across teams as needed for clarification, etc. (Candidate will need to represent QA in agile teams).
