In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic and tactical projects for our Decision Engine platform in order to meet the demands of integrating and growing our business.
This individual will lead a team of support project managers and coordinate the resources required to launch new highly complex fulfillment centers with the goals of achieving timelines, staying within budget, driving standardization and consistency within our network.
This position will serve as a dedicated point of contact providing constant interactions with College Project Teams (CPTs), College IT managers/staff, architect/design team, building contractors, systems installers, and vendors to ensure design and functional requirements are met.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide management oversight to Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) services with emphasis in furniture and equipment review, procurement coordination and purchasing for all new, renovated buildings, and swing space projects at each.
In this role, you will manage and guide assigned programs through all phases of the program management process in accordance with UTAS Program Management Standards including the use of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to guide program activity.
This position is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
The Program Manager will work directly with our product development staff and respective businesses within ADP to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of activities for complex business projects spanning multiple organizations to ensure that project outcomes are delivered on-time, within budget and scope.
