Provides project management expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques.
The Project Manager is the primary interface between various business units (or business partners) and the IS teams. They will be responsible for facilitating, prioritizing and communicating functional and technical requirements of large-scale projects to the IS teams.
Project management experience in implementations of any of the following custom software, ERP, CRM, and customer-facing on-line sales systems, billing systems, middleware integration, inter-business transactional and billing systems, business transformation, business intelligence, entertainment, public sector, healthcare, banking and/or utility.
The Sales Project Managers responsibilities will include managing functional areas in meeting key project initiatives. The work will be accomplished through initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing business initiatives as outline in the scope of the project.
Manage team responsible for several process improvement projects and/or activities, overall responsibility for ensuring project implementation and/or support within scope of responsibility, to include activities such as process flow definition, operational readiness support, process documentation, communication, and/or project management.
Responsible for anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, making technical tradeoffs, while balancing customer needs with technical constraints.
