The Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, plans and sets direction for multiple concurrent projects of varying size, including both small and large-scale projects. This position is responsible for the quality and delivery of Service commitments on schedule and within budget, using internal and external resources and following standard policies and procedures.
Ensure high customer connect for the project, building processes for all relevant team members to engage with the customer. Ensure completion of Project Satisfaction Report and relevant survey and feedback mechanisms.
Responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President, Medical Group Operations in ensuring that all medical group operations procedures are consistently being applied throughout the organization in the style of a TQM/CQM approach.
