This individual will have experience at high growth technology companies and will be responsible for defining the value proposition and creating collateral and sales enablement tools for new and existing products. We are looking for someone who quickly grasps changing customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape and is passionate about communicating product value to the marketplace.
Assist Demand Generation Director to establish and maintain scoring requirements, lead grade, sales acceptance of leads, conversion metrics, and required lead volume to meet both net-new and retention revenue objectives. Evolve reporting tools that improve this closed-loop sales/marketing process.
Designers and Builders to easily navigate complex sets of project drawings and docs, while offering best-in-class feature-sets for creating, editing, annotating, and sketching on top of all this rich project content.
Ability to talk tech with engineering, and quickly switch gears discussing marketing. Building business cases and helping to create user stories and design inspiration that clearly explains the product.
Create flow charts and user stories while working with solution design and UI/UX teams to ensure product optimization and develop and track all key metrics related to new application launches and define coherent before/after pictures to ensure the business is investing scarce development resources in the correct areas.
Manage life cycle of products from conception through end of life including: justification for prototype designs, working with development engineering and the customer to determine specs, product launch, product modifications, market positioning, pricing changes, delivery, manufacturing performance, end-of-life decisions.
Developing and executing a comprehensive launch plan and strategy for new products including: developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams.
