The successful candidate will provide functional leadership and operations engineering expertise on a team responsible for providing engineering support and solutions to Transmission Dispatchers, Outage Request Coordinators and Program Engineers in the Grid Control department.
The Production Engineer Assistant will assist the Manager with the execution of production throughout the product lifecycle, including: working closely with planning, sales & marketing and customer service to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, and to standard.

In this role, the selected candidate will be accountable for holding team members accountable for their performance, including taking appropriate corrective action and disciplinary action if performance or behavior is not sustained.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for development of mission plans, operational procedures, and other real-time products for future Dragon missions in coordination with Responsible Engineers.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain frequent formal and informal customer interface to present project status; determines feasibility of changing customer requirements and may propose and/or negotiate changes in schedules or methodology in coordination with program management.
In this role, you will perform accurate and precise real-time analysis and correlation of logs/alerts from a multitude of client devices with a focus on the determination of whether said events constitute security incidents.
