The Project Engineering role will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of advanced air bearing designs that are then integrated into aircraft Air Cycle Machines, Automotive Turbochargers and other aerospace turbo machinery applications.
Participate in supplier selection process and specification reviews with suppliers to ensure that purchased items meet vascular specifications. Create validation plans for components, subassemblies, and finished devices.
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will work with a team of hardware and software engineers to sustain and redesign diagnostic medical equipment which is used to analyze respiratory effectiveness in patients.
Responsible for all systems engineering activities on the program including management of the SE IPT to include budget and staffing tracking, requirements decomposition, tracking, validation and verification, system architecture and operations concept development, risk management, program plans, master schedules, processes and documentation, configuration management, reliability, maintainability and supportability, EMI/EMC, tracking of parts ensuring environmental qualification requirements are satisfied and program reviews and deliverables.
Interpret, understand and provide feedback on software requirements for a project. Perform requirement analysis to determine completeness and compliance with software system. Ability to work with requirement management tools.
Ensure that all the design specifications have been met, design reviews conducted with good participation from all concerned stakeholders, and that all tests have been conducted at the factory and the site, all installed software has been catalogued, and change control policies and procedures are established and followed.
Responsible for the collection, definition, and refinement of product requirements for one or two specific Enterprise OEM customers, and ensuring that these requirements are well communicated to the firmware feature developers.
