The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and define solutions to harmonize disparate IT PPM processes into standardized PMO solutions globally. This individual may be responsible for managing a small team (1-3) of PMO staff.
Work closely with Vice President, Portfolio Management, property teams and the leasing team to provide direction and oversight of required monthly reports in a timely manner (e.g., variance reports, aged delinquency, cash flow, leases, cost-benefit analysis and approvals).
Develops, recommends, and directs execution of investment programs designed to achieve the objectives of a group of client accounts. Acts independently within established investment policy guidelines. Manages the larger and potentially most complex and important client accounts.
Must be able to build compelling arguments to support recommendations, maintaining an effective balance between the sales/client objectives, with the need to maintain acceptable credit quality and profitability.
The Global Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing programs for cell imaging instruments, reagents and applications. This experienced, dynamic manager will be a key member of the cell imaging marketing team.
