The Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for the Manufacturing Engineering function within the HVT business unit located in Irvine, CA. This individual will lead a team comprised of approximately 15 Manufacturing Engineers responsible for on-going support of operations and improvement projects within the Heart Valve Therapy (HVT) business unit.
The Plant Operations Manager shall implement the Utilities Management plan by supervising and working with Engineering department plant personnel in the servicing, overhauling, maintenance, preventive maintenance, testing, and operation of all plant equipment and utility systems.
Participate in the panel interview and hiring process for hourly and professional positions; develop new supervisors and leaders in plant hourly positions, such as operations technicians and engineering technicians.
Provide leadership, direction and management oversight to support IPTs and assigned production area to successfully design, produce and deliver high quality, affordable products and services that are fully responsive to customer requirements and business objectives.
Plan and direct complex project activities with large scale or significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business and develop project plans and schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
Manages through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of activities on the manufacturing floor with responsibility for results, including: safety, yield, moves, costs, methods, staffing, output and On Time Delivery.
Develops and implements Customer Services Policies that Drive Efficient Solutions Manages CT site inside sales supervisors/Customer Service leads and other team members to ensure ITT policies and procedures are followed.

The Maintenance Manager/Lean Leader assists in the completion of the day to day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, production equipment and machinery, including, but not limited to HVAC, lighting systems, plant machinery and production lines, grounds keeping, security, and overall facility appearance.
